Child & Youth Health
SOLUTIONS HUB
Child and Youth Health in Saskatchewan
is faced with complex challenges.
We're supporting researchers, community organizations, policy makers and those working directly with Saskatchewan's youth as they identify and implement meaningful solutions.

What are SHRF's Solutions Focus Areas?
SHRF's Solutions Program supports interdisciplinary teams of researchers working hand-in-hand with knowledge users to address timely health needs in Saskatchewan and to promote sustainable impact.
Whether it's through tackling complex problems with creative new approaches or studying the implementation of promising practices and interventions —
the focus is on solutions for better health and healthcare.

In selecting a Solutions Focus Area, SHRF's Board
considers a range of factors, including:
CAPACITY
NEED
STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT
PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
POTENTIAL FOR IMPACT

To date, SHRF has invested in two Solutions Focus Areas:
Virtual Care and Addictions
We are pleased to announce
'Child and Youth Health'
as a new Solutions Focus Area,
beginning in 2023-24!

Our children and youth deserve the best possible development, health and wellbeing.
Let's work together on collaborative solutions for a healthier, vibrant and more equitable future for all Saskatchewan children, youth and families.
