This event showcases the research of the first graduates of the Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) program at the University of Saskatchewan. It is aimed at fellow students, academic and clinical School of Physical Therapy faculty, clinical consultants and Saskatchewan Physical Therapy professionals. It focuses on the importance of knowledge exchange among those within the physical therapy community in Saskatchewan.
The event features keynote speaker, Dr. Michael Landry, MScPT, PhD from the University of Toronto and immediate past-president of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He will speak on “Meeting the Global Health Challenge — the Role of Rehabilitation.” In addition to this, eight student research projects will be presented using both podium and interactive poster presentations.
