Reviewer Recruitment
Help Shape Health Research in Saskatchewan
SHRF is seeking peer reviewers from Saskatchewan and across Canada to evaluate research funding applications and advance innovative research. Reviewers help ensure funding decisions are informed by scientific merit, feasibility, and potential for impact. By drawing on their expertise, peer reviewers provide an independent assessment of funding applications and help identify projects that show promise for advancing health research and improving outcomes.
Peer reviewers play an important role in:
Assessing the scientific quality and strength of research proposals.
Evaluating the feasibility of project plans, timelines, resources, and approaches.
Providing constructive feedback to strengthen funding applications.
Supporting fair, transparent, and evidence-informed funding decisions.
Who Can Apply?
Researchers from Saskatchewan and across Canada are encouraged to submit an expression of interest.
Applicants must hold a research position at a recognized Canadian institution and have expertise relevant to the review of health research funding applications.
Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee selection as a reviewer. SHRF matches reviewers to opportunities based on their expertise and the needs of specific funding programs.
