Full news release from AGE-WELL found here.

EPIC-AT is a national training platform that will prepare graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and early career researchers to be future leaders in digital health solutions for older adults with complex health needs.

The EPIC-AT program - powered by AGE-WELL and hosted at the University of Toronto - empowers the next generation of researchers to lead the development and implementation of digital health solutions for older adults living with complex health needs by providing access to an exclusive one-year training and mentorship program for Fellows, building their capacity to design and implement solutions.

EPIC-AT Fellowships are made possible through funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and partnerships with institutions and health research funding bodies such as Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation (SHRF) across the country.

SHRF has co-funded three Saskatchewan-based fellowships in the 2025-26 cohort.
