What's new in the 2010 Awards Guide?

- The 2010 Awards Guide has been reorganized to walk researchers through the granting process. The beginning sections describe SHRF’s mandate and how to apply for funding (Sections 2 & 3), how funding decisions are made (Section 4), and SHRF’s new policies related to reporting
and accountability (Section 5) that apply to all existing and
new SHRF grants. The final sections of the Guide provide details on SHRF funding programs and our partnership programs in which SHRF funding is matched by other funding partners.
- The 2010 Awards Guide marks the Health Research Group Grant program’s second year. We’ve made minor revisions to the program; most notably, the Phase One funding start date has been changed to April 1.
- The Saskatchewan Research Chair program is moving into its second year. Details about this exciting new program and information on how to apply are available in this Guide.
Our programs and this Guide evolve as the research environment in Saskatchewan changes. SHRF welcomes suggestions from researchers and administrators that might help us improve our programs and this Guide. Thank you for your interest in the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation and best wishes for a productive and successful 2010.
