Board of Directors

The Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation is guided by a Board of Directors, with members drawn from the health research community, government, health regions, business, and the public at large.

The Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation Act (2002) sets out the Objects of the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation. The SHRF Act further requires that a Board of Directors be established to "manage the affairs and business of the foundation."

The Governance Framework and Policies document sets out the Board’s governance philosophy and its processes and policies for managing the affairs and business of the Foundation.
