| About Program | The Nursing Care Partnership Program was funded through the Nursing Research Fund (NRF), created in 1999 by the federal government to build nursing research capacity in Canada. The fund was administered by the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF) and supported by the Canadian Nurses Foundation. --- The Nursing Care Partnership Program was directed to support clinical nursing research. Its goals were to build capacity and support research on nursing care issues. This was defined as nursing care research or clinical nursing research that was practice-based or that would provide the groundwork for future practice-based studies. | ||||||
