Dr. Gordon’s lab has developed an effective treatment known as G31P, which blocks fever, slows hemorrhaging and decreases inflammation in experiments. Dr. Wang will be working with Dr. Gordon to see whether or not it can also be effective in the treatment of blood poisoning, or sepsis.
