Board
The Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation is guided by a Board of Directors, with members drawn from the health research community, government, health delivery system, business, and the public at large. Board appointments are made by the provincial government, led by the Ministry of Health.
A Governance Framework and Policies document sets out the Board’s governance philosophy, its processes, and policies for managing the affairs and business of SHRF.
